The Town Clerk, Louise Harrison, is the Council’s chief executive and chief financial officer and its ‘proper officer’ for all purposes according to statute. Louise is responsible for the day to day management and development of the Council, as well as liaison with councillors and other authorities.

The Deputy Town Clerk, Kevin Brooks, clerks the Planning and Environment, Recreation and Leisure Committees and supports and deputises for the Town Clerk.
Office Manager, Jam Taya Wright, is responsible for management of the office, business support and financial administration.
Finance Manager, Genny Singleton, is responsible for the day to day management of the Council’s accounts and finances.
Community Events and Liaison Officer
The Council’s Grounds Manager, Glen Holdsworth, is responsible for the day to day management of Council’s recreation grounds and sports facilities, including pitches, and supervises Grounds Operative’s Matt Pritchard and Callum Linton.
