In Bloom

Wimborne in Bloom is a voluntary organisation run by a small committee and a group of volunteers drawn from the townsfolk of Wimborne Minster. Throughout the year, the volunteers’ time is divided between organising the planting and ongoing maintenance of floral displays around the Town, raising funds to pay for the displays and entering Regional and National In Bloom competitions to promote the town’s attractiveness to a wider audience. Wimborne in Bloom is in a partnership arrangement with the Town Council and Wimborne BID to carry out additional town centre maintenance work to improve the appearance of the Town.
