Wimborne Minster Annual Town Meeting
At the end of each municipal year, the Town Council is required to call a meeting of electors for the parish. Although not a meeting of the Town Council, the Town Mayor chairs the meeting and Council Chairmen report on the work of the Council during the past 12 months. This year the meeting is having a slightly wider agenda as there are more topics to explore and information to give. With Local Government Reorganisation and the new developments around the town, many residents have queries and this will be an opportunity to put them to your Town Councillors. The current Leader of East Dorset District Council will give a talk on LGR. The meeting will be held in the Quarterjack Suite in the Allendale Centre to allow a larger attendance.
To have the best chance of your questions being answered on the evening, if you can, please submit them in advance of the meeting which will take place on 2nd April 2019 at 19:30hrs. They can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the Town Hall in person or by phone. Time permitting, additional questions will be allowed on the evening.
