Dorset Council is pleased to announce temporary free parking concessions on:

Saturday 16th September 2023

Saturday 11th and 25th November 2023

Friday 1st December 2023

This temporary concession applies only to those car parks operated by Dorset Council.

All vehicles must still be parked in accordance with the parking regulations and Penalty Charge Notices may be still issued for contraventions of the parking regulations for these car parks.

Please note the new ticket machines recently installed by Dorset Council will not have “free parking” advertising notices stuck on them on the above dates. Instead, Dorset Council will switch off the ticket machines and the ticket machines will display the wording “free parking for event” on the front display.
