Our Aim
Wimborne Minster & District Chamber of Trade, although a voluntary organisation, is supported by most of the businesses in the town and aims to promote friendly helpful service to the town’s customers.

What we do
The Chamber of Trade has been serving the Town since March 1953. We have been involved with many projects and developments in Wimborne. We promote the town Christmas festivities, including the childrens’ free Saturday morning Christmas shows at the Allendale Community Centre, encourage Victorian dress in the shops and host the fairground organ in the Square on each Saturday in December. Together with support from the Town Council the Chamber has organised the colourful town lighting scheme and also supports the Christmas Children’s Parade in aid of ‘Save the Children’.

We publish a Town Guide annually which is distributed free and helps advertise Wimborne and its businesses to our visitors.

We hope that you will visit our Town and using the Town Guide, explore all the delights the Town offers, and that you will return many times.
