The cheques for March 2013 were approved and signed – see
Appendix A to these Minutes.
226 MONTHLY ACCOUNTS
The Town Clerk submitted for information the monthly accounts for the period to the end of February 2013, a copy of which had been circulated to each Member and a copy of which appears as Appendix B to these Minutes in the Minute Book.
227 THE LATE CLLR PIERS TREHANE - REMEMBRANCE PLAQUE
The Town Clerk submitted a letter addressed to Cllr Mrs Cook from the Allendale Community Centre Manager, a copy of which was circulated to each Member at the meeting and a copy of which appears as Appendix C to these Minutes.
The Committee was asked to consider making a donation towards a plaque in memory of the late Cllr Trehane.
RESOLVED that a contribution of £100 be made from the Grants Contingency Fund.
