73 CONFIRMATION OF PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON 24 JULY 2012
Referring to Minute 63 (The Square and other Town Centre Parking Problems) Cllr R D Cook informed the Town Council that the County Council had experienced recent problems with sickness and other absence, but the attendance of Traffic Enforcement Officers in Wimborne Minster had been stepped up. It was not possible to have them in the town on a daily basis but he would ensure that Wimborne Minster received its fair share of attendance.
RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting be confirmed and adopted.

Cllr Mrs P A Hymers reported on the forthcoming changes to waste collection.

76 TOWN MAYOR’S REPORT
The Town Mayor thanked the Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayoress for attending some recent events on his behalf and Cllrs Robin Cook & Mrs Sue Cook for representing him at the reception for the Judges from Britain in Bloom.
