58 SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS
The cheques for July 2012 were approved and signed – see Appendix A to these Minutes.
59 MONTHLY ACCOUNTS
The Town Clerk submitted for information the monthly accounts for the period to the end of June 2012, a copy of which had been circulated to
each Member and a copy of which appears as Appendix B to these Minutes in the Minute Book.
60 WIMBORNE MINSTER MODEL TOWN - SENSORY GARDEN PROJECT
The Town Clerk submitted a letter dated 22 June 2012 from a trustee of the Wimborne Minster Model Town, a copy of which had been circulated to each Member and a copy of which appears as Appendix C to these Minutes in the Minute Book.
The board of trustees was seeking financial assistance towards the cost of constructing by March 2013 a sensory garden within the site of the Model Town.
RESOLVED that a contribution of £250 be made towards the project from the Grants Contingency Fund.

61 TOWN HALL - DAMP WALL AT ENTRANCE TO COUNCIL CHAMBER
The Town Clerk submitted a report, a copy of which had been circulated to each Member and a copy of which appears as Appendix D to these Minutes in the Minute Book.
The Town Clerk was recommending that works be carried out to solve the damp problem at the main outside entrance to the Council Chamber.
The estimated cost for rebuilding the section of wall and a new door was £4,000.
If approved, he would be seeking three quotations for the work.
RESOLVED
(a) that the remedial works suggested in the report be approved and the cost be met from the Buildings Fund;
(b) that the Town Clerk be authorised to take all necessary steps to implement the works, including accepting the lowest of three quotations provided it is within the estimated cost referred to in the report.
