To consider a proposal by Richard Heading on behalf of Wimborne BID (copy herewith) together with a report by the Chairman Elect giving a brief history of St. Peter's Church (copy herewith).
8 CEMETERY ROAD - REQUEST FOR 'NO THROUGH ROAD' SIGN
The Town Clerk to report.
9 LAND ADJOINING 27 GRENVILLE ROAD - REQUEST TO ACQUIRE
To consider a letter dated 4 May 2012 from the Head of Environmental Services and Corporate Property Officer, Christchurch and East Dorset Councils (copy herewith).
10 PLANNING APPLICATIONS COMMENTS PROCEDURE
To consider a request from Cllr P H Bartlett that this Committee reverts back to holding specific additional meetings for the purpose of commenting on planning applications as it did prior to 2002.
11 PLANNING APPEALS - 3 REDCOTTS LANE
To receive the Planning Inspector's decision to dismiss the appeal against refusals of Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission in respect of extensions and alterations to this property. The Town Council also objected to the applications.
12 PLANNING DECISIONS
To receive a schedule of recent planning decisions by East Dorset District Council (copy herewith).
13 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
a) to consider any current planning applications referred to Committee by the Chairman;

Members are reminded that when in Committee any personal or personal and prejudicial interests must be declared at the commencement of the discussion involving that interest or when the interest becomes apparent and must then take the appropriate action in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct.

Members are reminded that the Council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and any disability), Crime & Disorder, Health & Safety and Human Rights.
