Hiring the Town Hall

There are two rooms available for hire, the Council Chamber and the Committee Room. Both are suitable for meetings and functions. There are kitchen facilities available for both rooms with crockery and cutlery. An overhead projector, a television and flip charts can also be provided. Please note that there is no parking at the Town Hall, but we can allow unloading and loading to take place in the courtyard. Public car parks are nearby.

We regret that there is no disabled access to the Council Chamber as it is a listed building. Disabled access is provided to the Committee Room via French doors and there is a disabled toilet.



Hiring Charges (reviewed annually)
Council Chamber

• £43 including VAT per Session (Full Rate)
• £21.50 including VAT per Session (Lower Rate)

Committee Room

• £32 including VAT per Session (Full Rate)
• £16 including VAT per Session (Lower Rate)

A session is considered a morning, afternoon or evening.

*Lower Rates apply to charities and local voluntary organisations.
