Grants
Each year the Council gives grants to local organisations. The grants are usually fairly small, between £50 and £500, as the Council believes that the limited resources which are available should benefit as many people as possible. The Council will consider grant applications for specific projects or a contribution towards ongoing or revenue costs.
The Council's Resources Committee normally considers grant applications in October. The application forms are sent out in July for payment the following April however in exceptional circumstances the Town Council will consider applications outside this procedure.
